1. Feeding device:

Adjust the width of feeding part, make it wider 2mm than the real width of raw materials sheet. Then put sheet into leveling part. Pay attention to the hands never touch on any rotating parts. Observe if it the two sides of sheet are symmetry when it is enter the first set roller. If symmetry, it can be put into the roll forming parts; if not, feedback the sheet and adjust the feeding roller position, after that, feeding sheet again.

2. Changing sizes

Adjusting A part roller groups to change the height of C purlin; Adjusting B and D part roller groups to change the width of c purlin; When changing sizes of c purlin, adjust B and D parts adjusting rob in previously, and then adjust A parts. Make sure the position of the scale plate meets the requirement of c purlin product.

3. Roll forming

First use low speed when purlin go into roller, also check if flange sizes is equal and if lip sizes is equal. one roller of D parts: you can adjust web and flange Angle.

4. Straightening

5. Gap of rollers adjust

Genaral case all rollers gap will be less than 0.2mm than purlin thickness, also when you change purlin, if thickness difference will be more than 0.5mm, must adjust all rollers Gap again.


6. Punching operation

7-2 Check before working: Check punching condition before feed coiler. Make sure punching head move up and down normally. Make sure limit switch is settled. Make sure

pipes are not dry

7-3 Check punching: Put a steel plate (Max thickness) under punching header, if punching header is not on good condition, check the pressure. Use a stick (diameter: under 5mm) to push the circle of relief valve, observe the change of pressure. The normal pressure is 11- 13MPa. If the pressure is under 11MPa, adjust the relief valve until it is on 11-13MPa. Before put the steel plate under the punching header, regulate the punching header location(See attached picture), slowly move steel plate through the header, check whether it is smooth or not.


7. Cutting system operation

1) Cutter: Run the cutter up and down without coiler, check limit switch is settled. Make sure pipes are not dry. If it is dry, must adjust it on good condition. Then run the machine to move the steel plate under the blade, if the steel plate can't not move smoothly, adjust the blade location. When the steel plate move through the blade smoothly, observe the gap between plate and blade. Normally, the gap is 1-2mm. Cut the plate length 100mm, observe the cutter surface is clean or not. If there is some scraps on the plate surface, adjust blade gap again until there is not scraps. Push the plate through blade again, observe the plate whether crash the blade or not, if it crashes, adjust the gap between front blade and back blade.


2) Producing: After setting above step, start to run the machine. Measure the first product, make sure all parameter are correct, then start to produce the left products.

8. Daily maintenance

1) Cutter: Run the cutter up and down without coiler, check limit switch is settled. Make sure pipes are not dry. If it is dry, must adjust it on good condition. Then run the machine to move the steel plate under the blade, if the steel plate can't not move smoothly, adjust the blade location. When the steel plate move through the blade smoothly, observe the gap between plate and blade. Normally, the gap is 1-2mm. Cut the plate length 100mm, observe the cutter surface is clean or not. If there is some scraps on the plate surface, adjust blade gap again until there is not scraps. Push the plate through blade again, observe the plate whether crash the blade or not, if it crashes, adjust the gap between front blade and back blade.

1) Add oil to screw once per class . 2) Add Calcium lubricating grease to the forming roller every half year 3) Add Calcium lubricating grease to the chain every week. 4) Check the bolt connection weekly and whether the nut under the reducer is loose. 5) Cutting tool and punching die should be refueling before working. 6) When finish the production, each part of machine should be refueling before going home. 7) PLC should keep dry. 8) Before starting to work, check whether there is any loose line in moving parts 9) Clean the machine before going out of duty. 10) Check the fuel tank before production. 11) Check whether the oil pump and main motor have any sound before production 12) Before production, check the chain in no-load text.

10. Bonus Tolerance

Compensation for first plate: because of the mechanical inertia, first plate need some compensation, compensation between 8 ~ 12 mm. then press restart.

generally, each increased or decreased by 0.1 MM, 1 meter to increase or decrease the length of the 0.5 MM; The length of 6 meters will increase or reduce 3 mm; And so on.
